We have worked with a number of charities and social enterprises to improve skills within fundraising teams, and improve efficiencies in the administrative teams by delivering practical, hands-on project management training.

From 2 hour planning sessions with post-it notes to monthly mentoring sessions with fundraising staff, we have also supported organisations with the project management of fundraising events and future planning of strategic change initiatives.
