Can project management really be simple?…
I believe in keeping things as simple as possible and having as little stress in my life as possible and yet I am a project manager- how does that work?
1. I have learned the art of delegation
2. I have learned that not every decision is mine to make – particularly the hard ones!
3. I have learned that your team often know better than you – so ask them
4. I have learned that people like to feel needed and to feel that their expertise has been noticed
5. and of course I have learned that everyone likes to know that their hard work has been appreciated
